Artificial Control, operated by Algoritm Pro, sends text messages to individuals who have provided the appropriate consent. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and other requested service-related updates. Marketing messages are sent only when the recipient has separately provided the required marketing consent.

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Service-related status updates you request.
• Promotional or marketing messages — only with separate marketing consent.

Consent is collected through separate, optional, unchecked checkboxes — one for service-related messages and one for marketing messages. Submitting a general contact form is not, by itself, consent to recurring marketing messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or of doing business with us.

Message frequency varies. Service-related messages are sent based on your appointments and requests; marketing messages, if you consent, are sent occasionally. You will not receive more messages than reasonably needed for the program you enrolled in.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier's messaging and data plan. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

We do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

Your use of our messaging program is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted here with an updated effective date.
